• Domain Registration is being offered by the India Network Services, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

Warranty

• India Network Services, Inc. disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. India Network Services  DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Billing and Payment terms

• Your credit card will be billed $16.99 by India Network Services, Inc. for each registration year and transfer of domain  you selected above for current India Network Foundation members. All others will be billed at  $24.99 for domain year.
• The $16.99 ($24.99 for non India Network Members) fee per domain year is a nonrefundable one-time domain registration fee.  Renewals after the initial term will by billed at the same rate.
• Transfers are treated the same way and there is no extra 
• Failure to fulfill payment terms will result in the domain ownership to revert to India Network Services, Inc. and will incur a $100.00 transfer and collection fee.

Damages

• Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall India Network Services be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if India Network Services or an India Network Services authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall India Network Service's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to India Network Services, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
• Any damage caused by an individual or business to our business reputation or system shall be liable to India Network Services for any and all damages as allowed by law.

Users

• India Network Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• India Network Services reserves the right to close any users account without notice at its sole discretion.
• Any information, in any form included but not limited to graphics, ideas, suggestions, writings and programming code, submitted to India Network Services becomes the property of India Network Services, Inc.
• Users must be of legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts.

Use of Information contained on India Network

• The use of private user information, other than as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
• Users agree to refrain from "spamming" (sending unsolicited commercial e-mail to other users).

Invalid or Non-enforceable Provisions

• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement, as so determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall not affect the other provision hereof, and in any such occasion this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.

Choice of Law/Venue

Amendments and Modifications

• The Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer supersede any prior agreements between you and India Network Services. The Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer may be amended from time to time, by India Network Services  in its sole discretion by posting the amendments in the Terms and Conditions.
